IMAGES:
The images provided to Martine Sansoucy of La Antoinette are to my knowledge the copyright of myself or the photographer. The professional photographs provided to Martine Sansoucy were purchased and are for my personal use. I hold full responsiblity if the photographs provided to Martine Sansoucy violate copyright laws and Martine Sansoucy will not be held liable for any claims against the photos used on my website or in my graphics.
CANCELLATION:
Martine Sansoucy of La Antoinette will not ever take down or shut down a client's website, unless:
A) No payment was recieved for the services.
B) The Website violates copyright laws due to material provided from the client to Martine Sansoucy
C) You will be asked to remove your own website if you are maintaining it, and there is immoral material displayed (Such as: porn, abortion promotion, hate, racism, puppy or kitten mill promotion or display, etc)
PRIVACY POLICY:
When you are purchasing a service from La Antoinette, you will be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, your email address, your telephone number, your address, and your website address (if applicable).
If you choose to use the invitation service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for information needed to send the invitation, such as your friend's email address. I will automatically send your friend a one-time email or instant message inviting him or her to visit the site. To do so please CONTACT ME
By using my services, you are consenting to have your website address and business name shared on my PORTFOLIO.
No other information that you provide will ever be shared with the public, and your e-mail address and phone number may be provided only with your permission in regards to references for other potential customers. Your website PASSWORD and ID information will NEVER be shared under any circumstances and will be kept in a safe place.
CREDIT:
The credit notes provided on your website (Ex: ©Yourname.com Web Design & Graphics By Martine Sansoucy 2008-Present All Rights Reserved) shall never be removed from your website, as long as you are using one or all of my design/graphics on your website.
UPDATES:
Updates will be made within 48 hours with your yearly update subscriptions, unless otherwise notified previously.
REFUNDS:
After the service has been supplied & payment has been recieved, there will be no refunds. You will have every chance to approve the design of your website and/or graphic before it is published, and any changes you choose to make to the design after this point will be entirely your decision and further payment will be required if you should request this. *Please note that you can not combine/alter my designs/graphics with another designers/or your own designs/graphics.

TERMS OF SERVICE:
*These TERMS apply to not only the linkware/graphics section, but for graphics/website design that you have purchased, unless otherwise specified.
To start off, I want to thank everyone who visits my website for your support in using my website graphics and co-operation in respecting my terms of usage. I have spent a lot of time, and put a lot of care and my own individuality into my work and I feel that it is considered a form of art. My work is all legally copyrighted, but I am allowing the public use of the graphics/linkware section, with the requirement that everyone gives credit where credit is due, by linking back to me! I feel that this is a small favor to ask, by allowing the use of my work.
NOTE ON LINKWARE GRAPHICS: All of the photography that was used to create my linkware graphics are copyrighted legally to the owners of those pictures, and any artwork used to create my graphics are copyrighted legally to the artist. Should you choose to violate my TERMS OF SERVICE and alter my graphics/creations, and remove the photos/artwork, the artists/owners of those items, reserve the right to take legal action against you. I am the copyrighted owner of all of the designs & creations on this website and reserve the same rights. .
*GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!*
Not asking permission to use someone's work/pictures/artwork, is a violation of the copyright law. Not obeying the Terms of Service that a person provides with their work is a violation of the copyright law. Please respect.
My Terms of Service are as follows:
* All my artwork is copyrighted but I do allow the web sets & graphics in the LINKWARE SECTION to be used for the creation of background web sets, email stationery, signature tags, screensavers, and other web graphics as long as they are intended to be used on a non-profit basis and just used for PERSONAL USE ONLY. IN ORDER TO USE MY GRAPHICS, WEBSETS, BUTTONS, ETC, YOU MUST PLACE A LINK BACK TO ME (www.victoriandesign.co.nr) either by using the buttons I provide or by using a text link. This is what LINKWARE means.
The images are NOT TO BE SOLD in any form and must be available for FREE. They may NOT be used on commercial sites or sites that involve commercial activities unless permission has been granted.
If you would like to purchase an affordable web set created with custom graphics for you from any of the images in the graphics section or from images of your own, please CONTACT ME
* If you use any of the images in the Linkware Sets for web sets, signature cards, tags, globes, etc, the graphic that is created must be embedded with a copyright symbol and my name like this: © Martine Sansoucy or © La Antoinette Designs This is just a small courtesy for allowing free use of the art. You are REQUIRED to link back to www.victoriandesign.co.nr either by using one of the banners/buttons provided or by text.
* Unde NO circumstances, the CREATION OF "TUBES" IS NOT ALLOWED and placed on any websites or passed around in graphic groups, message boards, forums, or to anyone else. To do so is a violation of the copyright laws. However, if you are creating a tag, you are permitted to create a tube for your own personal use as long as it is not passed to anyone else and the created tag is embedded with a copyright symbol and my name as stated above.
* You are permitted to use the images for any personal hobby as long as they are not used on any products used for resale.
* A link MUST be placed ON the SAME page(s) my graphics are displayed on and referred back to: http://www.victoriandesign.co.nr For non-graphic or non-web set designers, each set comes with a matching logo which can be used as a graphic link, or if you would prefer, a text link will be fine.
NOTE: Under NO circumstances is credit on a "Links" page or a page of "Credits" acceptable. The link must be placed on the SAME page as the graphics are on.
* Please do not distort my artwork and leave the image to be shown in its context because I have spent time and put a lot of work into my graphics & web sets, and they mean a lot to me. You are allowed to add frames, feather the edges out, add sparkles, animate, etc. None of the images may be used with the works of other artists.
* You do not have to use all parts of the set if you do not need them and you do not have to set the page up just as I have it.
* NONE of my graphics may be redistributed or resold. Images are NOT to be used to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, or dingbat fonts and may NOT be used in or included on a compilation CD, graphic collections of clip art, computer bulletin board, etc. For printed applications of any type, please contact me by email.
* Please refrain from using any of my work, graphics or backgrounds on any pages promoting child abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, animal abuse, and/or pornographic activities. This includes the NON-use of my graphics on any website promoting puppy or kitten mills, abortion, religious bashing, etc. I retain the right to refuse use if I feel that your site is of low moral benefit.
* Download graphics to your own server or computer. NEVER link off someone else's server. This is called "bandwidth robbery" and means that every time someone opens your site, and the images on someone else's server are referenced by your page, they have to pay for the "bandwidth" it took to transfer the images to your site. If I find that people are not respecting this, I will be forced to disable my LINKWARE/FREE GRAPHICS section.
*My LINKWARE WEBSETS, all come with a matching button/graphic promoting the spay & neuter of pets. I would appreciate as a responsible breeder, that you take advantage of these and encourage others to do so as well.
* If, for any reason, I request that the images from my site be removed from your site, you will be given 72 hours to comply. Violations of the Terms Of Use could subject you to this request.
